In 2011, I partnered with Keith Scharwath to open Outpost, a branding and design studio focused on identity development for early-stage organizations.

Outpost was largely an exploration in building relationships. Coming to market is exciting but also delicate, you don’t get a lot of opportunities to introduce yourself and strong work tends to flow from fluid engagement and the development of trust. 

We were always in search of a stronger, more complete, creative collaboration.
