In 2014, Keith Scharwath and I transitioned Outpost →, our design studio, into the in-house Creative and Design departments.
As the VP of Creative & Design, I led the brand, design, and creative teams — beginning with the initial identity development — in support of scaling from just an idea to a nearly $100 million dollar business.
