The Black Tux is a suit and tuxedo maker transforming access to formal wear by designing better products and a seamless online to in-store experience.

In 2014, Keith Scharwath and I transitioned Outpost , our design studio, into the in-house Creative and Design departments.

Over the course of seven years — and beginning with the initial identity development — I led the brand, design, and creative teams in support of scaling from just an idea to a nearly $100 million dollar business.

Dressing up tends to mean something, so I focused on producing brand and content  experiences with purpose and consistency to support and coach customers through life’s biggest moments.
